Life Points Tracker application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer of Affiliation

This App is a fan-made, non-commercial project developed solely to assist players of the physical trading card game.

WE DO NOT OWN THE YU-GI-OH! TRADEMARK. The Yu-Gi-Oh! name, logos, associated characters, artwork, sounds, and card game concepts are the exclusive property of Konami Digital Entertainment, Kazuki Takahashi, Studio Dice, Shueisha, and TV Tokyo. This App is not officially endorsed, approved by, or affiliated with Konami in any capacity. Any use of copyrighted material within this App is believed to fall under the "Fair Use" doctrine for utility, commentary, and community tools.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily load and use this Web Application for personal, non-commercial, transient viewing and gameplay assistance only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify, copy, or redistribute the underlying code of the App for commercial purposes;
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the App;
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
Use the tool for any illegal gambling or unsanctioned betting activities.

Furthermore, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the absolute accuracy of the random number generation (RNG) for dice rolls and coin tosses, the uninterrupted operation of the timer, or the reliability of life point data retention in the event of browser crashes.

In no event shall the developer of the App be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the App, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. You explicitly assume all risks associated with using this digital tool during sanctioned or casual gameplay.
